Agreement and Beta status
These terms apply when you use immahjong.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
immahjong is currently a free Beta. Features may be incomplete, changed, paused, reset, or removed as we test and improve the product. Membership and Gold Tables are marked “Coming soon” and are not available for purchase.
Eligibility and accounts
You may use many features as a guest. If a connected sign-in option is available, provide accurate information and protect access to your account and device. Do not share room or reconnection tokens.
The service is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental or guardian permission for you to use an online service, you must have that permission. immahjong does not require an 18+ age attestation for the free Beta.
Permission to use the service
We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable permission to use immahjong for lawful learning, practice, and social board-game play. This permission does not transfer ownership of the service, code, design, tutorials, or original assets.
Fair play and acceptable conduct
Do not cheat, automate play against other people, exploit a vulnerability, bypass server validation, access concealed information, impersonate another person, harass players, disrupt rooms, overload the service, scrape private data, or use immahjong for unlawful activity.
Display names and preset reactions must remain respectful. We may remove content, restrict access, close a waiting room, or suspend a stable account when reasonably necessary to protect players, investigate misuse, or maintain the service.
Mahjong rules and results
immahjong's playable Chinese mode uses the rules and transparent MVP scoring described in the product. Regional, household, tournament, Chinese Official, and American Mahjong rules can differ. Calculators and explanations are learning tools, not a replacement for an official tournament referee.
The server controls online game state and may reject stale, duplicate, or illegal actions. Temporary network delay, a timer, reconnection, or a Beta defect may affect a hand.
No gambling or cash value
immahjong does not offer gambling, wagering, cash prizes, cryptocurrency, or coins with cash value. Do not use the service to arrange bets or other real-money settlement between players.
Future Gold coins, if released, are described only as non-cash score markers. They are not deposits, stakes, prizes, property, currency, or redeemable rewards.
Membership and payments
No paid membership, purchase, renewal, or Gold Table is available during the free Beta. Displayed future prices are previews, not an offer to sell. See Refunds & cancellations for the current no-payment position.
Before any paid feature opens, the checkout flow and applicable pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, tax, and provider terms will be presented for review and acceptance.
Product content and feedback
immahjong and its licensors retain rights in the service and original product content. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a confusingly similar service from protected elements except where applicable law permits.
If you voluntarily send product feedback, you allow us to use it to improve immahjong without payment or confidentiality obligations. This does not give us ownership of your personal information.
Availability, suspension, and ending use
We may perform maintenance or change the Beta, and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of Beta data. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion as described on the data deletion page.
We may limit or end access for material or repeated violations, security risk, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, we will give notice appropriate to the situation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The free Beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise that every rule explanation, calculator result, connection, or stored record will always be complete or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, immahjong is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the Beta. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be presented before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
These terms do not choose a special court, arbitration process, or governing jurisdiction; mandatory law continues to apply. Send questions or legal notices to support@immahjong.com.
