Nothing to purchase during the Beta
immahjong does not currently offer paid memberships, paid Gold Tables, purchases, or automatically renewing subscriptions. Membership and Gold Tables are marked “Coming soon.” There is therefore nothing to purchase, cancel, or refund through the current service.
Any displayed monthly or annual amount is a planned launch-price preview and is not an active offer. Buttons for paid plans and Gold Tables remain disabled.
If you see an unexpected charge
If you believe a charge is connected to immahjong, contact support@immahjong.com promptly. Include the date, amount, currency, and payment-provider reference if available.
Do not email a full payment-card or bank-account number, password, or identity document. You may also contact your card issuer or payment provider through its official support channel.
Before any paid launch
Before a paid feature opens, we will publish and show the applicable price, currency, taxes where relevant, billing interval, automatic-renewal terms, cancellation method, refund eligibility, and payment-provider terms before a charge is authorized.
Those future terms will apply only after they are published and accepted; they do not apply retroactively to the free Beta. Paid access will never change tile odds, hidden information, server validation, or scoring fairness.
