Clear this device
This removes immahjong-owned local and session storage from this browser, including preferences, tutorial progress, guest profile and practice results, and room or game reconnection tokens. It does not delete records held on the server or affect unrelated website data.
Request deletion of server records
Email support@immahjong.com with the subject “Data deletion request.” If you have a signed-in account, send the request from the email address connected to that account. For guest play, include the display name and any room code or game ID you still know.
Do not send a password, full payment-card number, government identity document, or room reconnection token. We may ask for limited additional information reasonably necessary to verify that the data relates to you.

A verified request can cover an account or guest profile, tutorial progress stored on the server, basic statistics, room-seat records, account-linked match history, and support information where applicable. Deleting account-linked records may remove access to profile history and leaderboard attribution.
Guest records can be difficult to match if there is no account email and the room or game identifiers have been lost. We will use the information you provide only to locate and verify the requested records.
What may remain
We may retain limited records where permitted or required for security, fraud and abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, service integrity, or backup recovery. Completed game events may need to remain in limited or de-identified form so other players' records remain coherent.
Aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies you may remain. We will acknowledge and respond to a verified request within the period required by applicable law.
Correction, access, and questions
If you want to correct a profile, access a copy of account-linked information, or ask a privacy question instead of deleting everything, say so in your email. Available rights depend on where you live.
