What to include
Describe what happened, the page URL, approximate date and time, browser or device type, and the exact error message. For a room issue, include the six-character room code or game ID if it is safe to do so. Screenshots can help, but check them for private information first.
For an account or deletion request, email from the address connected to the account when possible. This helps us verify the request without asking for excessive information.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, room or game reconnection tokens, full payment-card or bank details, government identity documents, database credentials, authentication secrets, or another player's concealed information.
If a secret or token may be exposed, stop sharing it and explain the situation without pasting the secret itself.
